Gandies started with a simple idea: do things properly.

We care about what’s on the plate and in the cup, and where it comes from. We work with local suppliers and producers whenever we can. It costs more at times, but we think it shows in the quality of what we serve and in the relationships behind it.

Whether you’re meeting colleagues, celebrating a special occasion, catching up with friends or simply taking a quiet moment for yourself, Gandies should feel like the right place to be.

We hope it becomes part of your routine. Somewhere that slips into daily life, weekend plans and spontaneous stops. A place that’s rooted in the surrounding community and grows with it.

No shortcuts. Just doing things in the right way, making sure that what we serve is worth turning up for.

Although I still work full-time in the dental industry, hospitality has always been something I’ve wanted to pursue.

Inspired by the love for bringing people together and creating welcoming spaces, opening Gandies was a chance to build something personal alongside my career.

Somewhere built around good coffee, good food and community.
